SOFIA TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENT FOR OFFICIAL VISIT OF COLLEGE OF COMMISSIONERS FOR
BULGARIAN PRESIDENCY OF COUNCIL OF EU
Stopping and parking road vehicles, except cars taking participants to the events, shall be forbidden as follows:
From 5.30 pm on 10.01.2018 until departure of the delegations on 12.01.2018 on Gen. Gurko Str. between G. S. Rakovski Str. and Prince Alexander I Str.
From 5.30 pm on 10.01.2018 until closure of the events on 11.01.2018:
- on Prince Alexander I Str. between Gen. Gurko Str. and Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd.;
- on Aksakov Str. between Dean Ignatiy Str. and G. S. Rakovski Str.;
- on Dean Ignatiy Str. between Gen. Gurko Str. and Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd.;
- on Kuzman Shapkarev Str. between Ivan Vazov Str. and Gen. Gurko Str.;
- on Slavyanska Str. between G. S. Rakovski Str. and Dean Ignatiy Str.;
- on G. Benkovski Str. between Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. and Ivan Vazov Str.;
- on Ivan Vazov Str. between G. S. Rakovski Str. and Dean Ignatiy Str.
From 6.30 am until closure of the events on 11.01.2018:
- on Prince Alexander I Sq, opposite the National Art Gallery;
- on Prince Alexander I Sq. between Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. and Moskovska Str.
From 5.30 pm on 11.01.2018 until closure of the events on 12.01.2018:
- on Dospat Str. between Vitosha Blvd. and Baba Nedelya Str.
- on Baba Nedelya Str.;
- on Dr. Hristo Stambolski Str..
Road vehicles, except cars servicing the events, if necessary and at the discretion of the Traffic Police Department of the Sofia Directorate of the Ministry of Interior, shall be forbidden to enter as follows:
From 8.00 am until closure of the events on 11.01.2018:
- on Gen. Gurko Str. between G. S. Rakovski Str. and Prince Alexander I Str.;
- on Prince Alexander I Str. between Gen. Gurko Str. and Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd.;
- on Aksakov Str. between Dean Ignatiy Str. and G. S. Rakovski Str.;
- on Dean Ignatiy Str. between Gen. Gurko Str. and Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd.;
- on Kuzman Shapkarev Str. between Ivan Vazov Str. and Gen. Gurko Str.;
- on Slavyanska Str. between G. S. Rakovski Str. and Dean Ignatiy Str.;
- on G. Benkovski Str. between Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. and Ivan Vazov Str.;
- on Ivan Vazov Str. between G. S. Rakovski Str. and Dean Ignatiy Str.
From 8.00 am on 12.01.2018 until closure of the events:
- on Dospat Str. between Vitosha Blvd. and Baba Nedelya Str.;
- on Baba Nedelya Str.;
- on Dr. Hristo Stambolski Str.
Bus stop No. 0395 (Cherni Vrah Blvd.), under the Lovers' Bridge, following Cherni Vrah stop, in the direction towards Bulgaria Blvd. shall be suspended for the time from 11.00 to 12.00 o'clock on 12.01.2018.
The Sofia Directorate of the Ministry of Interior shall provide security and checkpoints for the event, and regulate traffic at key junctions for the above mentioned time periods and places.
